1. General Use & Eligibility

By using this website, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or possess legal parental or guardian consent. All content, imagery, logos, and descriptions are the intellectual property of Avid Ventures LLC and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.

2. Artisanal Product Nature & Crystallization

Avid Honey sells 100% pure, unpasteurized raw honey. Natural crystallization (granulation) is the hallmark of genuine living honey and is not a defect or spoilage. Honey never spoils if kept sealed at room temperature. Different varietals granulate at different speeds depending on their natural floral glucose ratios.

Health Advisory: In accordance with pediatric health standards, raw honey should never be given to infants under one year of age.

3. Pricing & Orders

All prices are stated in United States Dollars ($ USD) and are rounded to the nearest .99 cents. We reserve the right to correct any inadvertent pricing errors prior to dispatch.

4. Payment Methods

Our exclusive direct payment partner is Cash App. Orders must be paid in full to our verified business account provided during checkout. Please ensure your Order ID is referenced in the payment note. Unpaid orders will remain on hold for 48 hours prior to cancellation.

5. Domestic Shipping & Title Transfer
